Scope of work
Five steps carry a city apartment file from intake to handover. Everything outside them sits in the second panel, so nobody signs up expecting it.
We record the address, year built, floor, total floors, area in sqm and the asking price per sqm, then publish that block unedited next to the listing.
We collect the ownership extract, technical passport and encumbrance record and confirm the details match the flat you are shown.
Two agents attend or one, depending on the district, and you get written notes on what was verified and what stayed unclear.
We put the offer in writing, keep the district price per sqm comparison on the table, and log every counter in the file.
We schedule the notary, sequence the transfer, and confirm the keys, meters and utility accounts on the day of signing.

Set a price, a down payment and a term. The figures on the right show what a bank loan of that size would repay per month under the rate you enter. When you shortlist apartments, price per square metre stays the comparison basis, not the headline total.
