Under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection' dated 12.05.1991, we identify the seller, describe services and prices, and provide a clear complaint procedure. Per Article 22, you may file a complaint with us and, if unresolved, appeal to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
